Bn has been pulling specialty shots in Gemmayzeh since 2018, in a room barely bigger than its own counter, under old vaulted ceilings and pendant lamps. The roasting happens a street over on Boutrous Dagher, and a second bar runs in Badaro.بن عم يسحب شوتات قهوة مختصة بالجميزة من 2018، بغرفة بالكاد أكبر من الكاونتر تبعها، تحت سقف معقود قديم ولمبات مدلاية. التحميص بيصير بشارع بطرس داغر عالحد، وفي بار تاني شغّال ببدارو.

The idea is simple and rare in Beirut: the beans are the menu. Seven origins sit on the board outside, you choose the bag, then choose how it is brewed, from a rakweh on the stove to a syphon over a flame.الفكرة بسيطة ونادرة ببيروت: البن هو المنيو. سبع أصول مكتوبة عاللوحة برّا، بتنقّي الكيس، وبعدين بتنقّي كيف ينعمل، من ركوة عالغاز لسيفون فوق شعلة.

Everything else follows the same line: real ingredients, no artificial fruit syrups, organic tea, and a discount if you bring the empty pack back for a refill.وكل شي غير هيك ماشي عنفس الخط: مكونات حقيقية، بلا نكهات فواكه صناعية، شاي أورغانيك، وحسم إذا رجّعت كيس البن الفاضي لتعبيه من جديد.
