Desir Noir is not a loud restaurant with a valet, it is a kitchen in Zalqa where the plates come out one by one and the name of the dish is written in chalk on the slate it arrives on.ديزير نوار مش مطعم عالي الصوت مع فاليه، هيدا مطبخ بالزلقا الصحون بتطلع منه وحدة وحدة، واسم الطبق مكتوب بالطبشور على حجر التقديم نفسه.
The reviews do the introductions better than any brochure. One regular lists the perfect filet, the perfect salmon, the incredible quiches and the almond-flour chocolate cakes, all in one breath, and names the cook while doing it: Lamia.والتقييمات بتقدّم المحل أحسن من أي بروشور. في زبون دايم عدّد الفيليه المظبوط، والسلمون المظبوط، والكيشات الخرافية، وكيك الشوكولا بطحين اللوز، كلها بنفَس واحد، وسمّى الطباخة بنفس الجملة: لمياء.
Everything runs from noon to eleven at night, seven days a week, from the Estefan building on the Zalqa road.وكل شي شغّال من الظهر لحد 11 بالليل، سبع تيام بالأسبوع، من بناية إسطفان على طريق الزلقا.
