Foul Kholyo is an old-school morning house on the Ouzai road with a couple of tables, a counter, and the funniest natural person in the Lebanese restaurant business behind it. Khalil — Kholyo — simmers foul, stacks hummus with meat or shrimp, and sings while he does it.
