Le Flocon — “the snowflake” — is Sodeco's white-awninged atelier of frozen things: gelato churned in-house, sorbets shaped into the fruits they came from, pistachio domes plated like patisserie, and a salted caramel whose reputation precedes it by several streets. Un voyage de saveurs, ten to ten, daily.لو فلوكون، «ندفة الثلج»، أتيليه سوديكو بالتنده البيضا للأشياء المجمّدة: جيلاتو بينخضّ بالمحلّ، سوربيه منحوت على شكل الفواكه يلّي جايي منها، قباب فستق مقدّمة متل الحلويات الفرنسية، وكراميل مملّح سمعتو بتسبقو بكم شارع. رحلة نكهات، من العشرة للعشرة، كل يوم.

Behind the glass, the team sculpts fruit-shaped pieces and builds teddy-bear cones for the brave. Everything is churned on site, in small batches, on a voyage de saveurs.ورا الزجاج، الفريق بينحت قطع على شكل فواكه وبيبني كورنيهات على شكل دبدوب للشجعان. كل شي بينخضّ بالمحلّ، بكميات صغيرة، برحلة نكهات.
