from the collectionLe Flocon — “the snowflake” — is Sodeco's white-awninged atelier of frozen things: gelato churned in-house, sorbets shaped into the fruits they came from, pistachio domes plated like patisserie, and a salted caramel whose reputation precedes it by several streets. Un voyage de saveurs, ten to ten, daily.
Behind the glass, the team sculpts fruit-shaped pieces and builds teddy-bear cones for the brave. Everything is churned on site, in small batches, on a voyage de saveurs.

An absolute delight! A beautifully designed artisan glacier with a cozy atmosphere and incredibly friendly, helpful staff who made the experience even more enjoyable.
I stumbled upon Le Flocon and ended up with something that looked too beautiful to eat — a strawberry shaped ice cream that felt like it was made for summer. Light, smooth, and full of flavor.
The salted caramel is their most famous flavor and deservedly so. They have some seating and you can enjoy your ice cream outside. Their staff is very friendly.
